Kłuskiewicz joined Netflix in December 2018 to look after the licensed local films and series for CEE. As the director of films in CEE, he now also oversees the slate of original films in Poland. His track record at Netflix includes 365 Days trilogy, To The Lake, Squared Love, Furioza and How I Fell in Love with a Gangster and, most recently, Forgotten Love. Kłuskiewicz has over 15 years of experience in the TV and film industry in Poland and the CEE markets. Previously, he worked at the Polish public broadcaster TVP as head of film and drama department he supervised the development and production of hit local series. Before, during his time at Fox Networks Group, Kłuskiewicz developed and executed programming strategy for National Geographic channels.
